Want to Buy WTB: 45mm extension tube for Mamiya RB67

Title says it all; I have the 82mm tube, and find it's on the long side for even a 90mm lens (minimum magnification is close to 1:1). Seems likely a 45mm would be more useful with that lens, it's the only one that's recommended for the 50mm I have, and the combination of the two would be great for my 250mm (1:2 macro without being in my own light).

These come up from time to time on eBay, but hopefully here I can find one that someone just doesn't want or need, possibly for less than Japanese "EXC++++" prices. Cosmetics generally don't matter to me as long as it's fully functional.
