Per the title...

Lens must be cosmetically exc+ and flawless optically and mechanically. The shutter can be a little sluggish if the price is right so I can pay for a CLA. The Ektar must be of a later design in a clean Compur shutter with coated glass and properly matching elements.

I'm willing to pay a fair price for the right lens.

I found what I'm sure is a very nice 203 Ektar BUT...

I'm still open to buying a 200 Nikkor-M at the right price for a nice example.
