Vermont Center for Photographys Pinhole Camera Celebration starts at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 26 with a short introduction to pinhole photography and construction of your own pinhole camera. At 1:00 p.m. participants will start photographing with their camera. The VCP darkroom will be up and running to load film and paper and process it as we go through the day.
Just show up at 1:00 p.m. if you already have your own camera and do not want to make one. Later on Sunday, VCP can scan your image and upload to the pinhole day website. The instructor for WPPD is Commercial Photographer, Al Karevy of Richmond NH. Karevy has been using pinhole cameras for 20 years and has led the VCP Pinhole Celebration for many years.
Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day is a grand excuse to get back in touch with the joy of photography unencumbered by the technology of modern cameras.
See www.vcphoto.org for details and VCP info
