Wine/developer preservative?

Is this product is made for wine, but is it good for film and paper developer?

I imagine that some darkroom chemicals are just as expensive as some fine wines

I currently is an old sprayer can of Beseler chemical preservative that works well. It's heavier than air so I spray for 5 secs and it sinks to the bottom of the bottle of developer.
