Not sure how many of you Guys/Gals would be familiar with him....maybe if you earned an MFA or some kind of Art/Photo degree.?
I might have seen some of his pictures before, but not to my knowledge.
I have a big interest in Trains/Railroads and that is how i came across his name. He was big with The Pennsylvania Railroad at the turn of the century. But he did a lot more than just that, and seems to have had a rather successful career in photography when the trade was still quite young.
Those guys had it tough, hauling around all that giant gear and all those heavy and fragile glass plates. :smile:
