Click to expand... Sure. But if you don't want to get one, till 250v Nikon's circuitry won't get fried. I have tried the vivitar 285 on my d90 and worked okay. More than electronics, problem is ergonomics. The 285 is a clumsy thing to mount on the smaller /lighter DSLRs without battery packs. (or even with). Last edited by a moderator: Dec 13, 2014
