It was Hari Seldon.

The Court of Star Chamber was a court of law which evolved from meetings of the king's royal council. Although its roots go back to the medieval period, the court only became powerful as a separate entity during the reign of Henry VII. In 1487 the court became a judicial body separate from the king's council, with a mandate to hear petitions of redress.

For thay that do not know nor live their medieval lives in the present, listening Andy?, it would be an honor to put some of the most unclean and foddered members of this site into the Star Chamber to be redressed until they regain a sense of their humanity. Last I think probably not lest they live for the mire of attention paid no matter how degrading.

At such time maybe and I say maybe we would be so luck as to have Dave Parker of Satin Snow as a mentor and contributor again.

78% scored higher (more nerdy), and
22% scored lower (less nerdy).

What does this mean? Your nerdiness is:

Not nerdy, but definitely not hip.

I am devastated. I know The Lord Of The Rings inside out and have a pewter ornament of Bilbo stealing the cup from Smaug's lair in The Hobbit. How can I not be a nerd?

OK, my first thought on looking at the girl with the Vulcan ears was "tell her turn her head so that 3/4 of her face isn't in the damn shadows!"

56% nerdy... I think it is geared toward computer nerds. I loved the question about which isn't a real programming language. The answer: C++

Best,

Will

I even used to go play D+D on a friday night. (twenty five years ago, and admittedly my friend who organised it was a student nurse, and lived in halls of residence for student nurses...)

56% nerd here, which seems strange, given all that old Math and Physics training, and how many times I read the Asimov books, and Tolkein and Heinlein and Clarke and Herbert and...

Of course, I wouldn't even have noticed her ears, if they hadn't been mentioned on APUG.

Question - should they add another two questions - 1) Are you a member of APUG? 2) Do you know what APUG is?

And if they did add those questions, what would two "Yes" answers mean to the score

81% scored higher (more nerdy), and
19% scored lower (less nerdy).

What does this mean? Your nerdiness is:

Not nerdy, but then again maybe not all that cool either.

I have been in a big funk for the last week, and this is not helping!

All hail the monstrous nerd. You are by far the SUPREME NERD GOD!!!

Pretty much sums it up. What the hell is cracked software anyway?

57% scored higher (more nerdy), and
43% scored lower (less nerdy).

Cracked Software it illegal software that you have reverse engineered so you don't have to pay the lic fees...

Well, this figures... hahaha

Low Ranking Nerd. Definitely a nerd but low on the totem pole of nerds.

Just about where I thought I'd fall. :D

I lied except for the GPA question that was the truth, but then I cheated all the way through school.

20% scored higher.

Course I would've scored higher except my group plays D&D on Monday nights.

Does it count that I taught my kids how to read using the D&D manuals? I use to tape lectures from Chemistry aned biology classes, and play them in the car when the kids were small. Tim last year breezed through Biology without crakcing a book, and got the highest grade. He told me that he remembered listening to me argue with the tapes in the car. Something stuck.

BTW a cracked program is one that essentially has been hacked, and is being used illegally.

To expensive. With the price of gas going through the roof, increased airline ticket price and the cost of hotels I would be looking at a few thousand. Plus rental car, food, etc…

Maybe if it was closer but being east coast then up in Canada just way to expensive.
