Whoa... I hope they are using the 220 add-on.

People will build anything. I saw a Rollei full line "family photo" and spied what I thought was this, and Google confirms it was a thing.

Again, I couldn't imagine sealing that thing up with only 12 exposures, I suppose 70mm might have been an option?

What would be the problem with that? (The same fiddling as ashore. Or do those bulbs float? Never checked that.)

What surprised me was that it lacks any isolation at the lamp fixture and the plug.

Seemingly the conductivity of sea-water is less than I thought. (I know, that this is about low voltage.)

No, you can't flip the 12/24 lever with the camera in the casing.

I saw a Rolleimarin for sale once at a flea market in Louisiana. They guy didn't want much for it, and didn't really know what it was. But it was incomplete and I didn't have a Rollei to put in it, so I passed.
It was impressive though.

Back before digital, 120 film underwater was not unusual. Nor were flashbulbs (at least they didn't explode!). No digital age machine gunning...
