Question, aside from Foma, who else and what films are being repackaged now? I'm pretty sure Harman is not doing it now.

The biggest one is the biggest "offender". Kodak. Most of what Lomography and Cinestill sell is repackaged Kodak films. AFAIK all color negative film sold in the US, with a sole exception of Fuji Superia 400, is Kodak or repackaged Kodak.

I’ve learned not to use Superpan 200 and Retro 80s. RTX 25 is safe. But I lack a good clean source of the Aviphot 200 derivatives.
Retro 400s?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Retro 80S and RPX25 are both Aviphot 80, converted by Harman. I use them quite a lot and have zero issues.

Rollei Infrared "400" is Aviphot 200, also packaged by Harman. No complaints with that, either. AFAIK, many (if not all!) Rollei "400" films are Aviphot 200. As long as they are all converted by Harman, I doubt there will be any difference in quality between them.

Agree on both 400s and 400 infrared being Aviphot of one sort of another (polyester base). RPX400 is triacetate base so no Aviphot.

Which film are these being repackaged from? Havent really used those. Normally I don't use film that arent made on both 35mm and 120 (Kentmere being an exception).

To general belief and to results fom processing tests the AgfaPhoto APX's are the same as the Kentmere 35mm films.

Well, this is not actually repackaging (if you really meant this), but double-branding (typically called re-branding).
But I admit, over time this all gets confusing.

Got it. I kinda like Kentmere 100 and 400. Too bad they aren't available on 120. Would make for great films.

Repackaging would be if one buys a regular pack (thus not a masterroll or a custom-cut roll), then taking the film out and putting another label on or even convert it another format.

But as my hint in brackets shows this can become an academic differenciation.

RPX100 and RPX400 is the same as Kentmere 100/400 and for example Agfaphoto APX100/400. These films are coated by Harman (aka "Ilford")

RXP25, Retro 80s, Superpan 400, Retro 400, IR400 are all Agfa Belgium films, Aviphot stock.

You could use the bookmarking function instead. It is the thing at the top right of each post that looks like this:
