Who is...?

Today I bought two really nice black and white prints from a second hand store by a photographer named Peter Watt from 1991. The frames are worth more than what I payed, but I've not been able to find out anything about who the photographer is. Anyone ever heard of him?

I contacted Peter and gave him the details of the photos and he emailed me back and said they weren't his. I did take the prints out of the frame and they are original darkroom prints on fiber base paper. I'll try and find another Peter Watt, must be his evil twin. If so, he's a hell of a printer.
