Which dry mount press is better?

Seal Commercial 210 M, or Seal Commercial 200? I'm looking at both on ebay (I'm thinking about bidding on a 200 that ends tonight). It looks like they're both the same size, but the 200 looks more rugged (also there are quite a few 210 M's but only one 200, and there are several bids on the 200).

What are the significant differences between the two, besides the way they look?

The construction's totally different. The earlier ones have alot more metal in them - the 210 is just a flat 3/16" plate on the bottom- there's nothing above that, except the empty shell.
