Which developer is best for all around use?

my vote goes to pyrocat HD as well. I've had great success developing Fomapan 50, 100, 200 Kodak up to Tri-X and Ilford pan-f (4x5 and 120 sized film). Pyro is easy to come by in either powder or liquid, lasts quite a long time if done up right, cheap...what's not to like? ;-)
