Campy, have you received your Koni-Omegaflex M yet? What are your initial thoughts? This is definitely off the normal medium format path. But I like unusual mechanical items like this.
I received it today and have a roll drying right now. I screwed up the loading of the film so I lost 2-3 frames. It's in wonderful condition but I find it very hard to focus and it's heavy and a little awkward. I think I may end up sending it back since I don't see it being used as a point and shoot.

Well I got my RZ camera a ship day early. It was supposed to be Tuesday, but came today. I opened is all up and it looks okay. I had to buy a A544 battery for it. I tested the mirror box and it fires. My lens will hopefully come sooner then later. It hasnt been shipped out yet. My serial number is H1133**. Any ideas of when this camera may have been made?

I had to find out which version of the battery London Drugs carried. I knew they had Energizer, but its been so long since I bought this battery (same battery used in original Pentax 67), I forgot what number it was under. I tried 4LR44 and SR44, then PX28A, and finally A544. It was the 544 they carried. 10 bucks plus tax for one. Not exactly cheap, but I imagine it should last for a while. I have so many cameras now, that using the same one consistently would be a challenge. I await the lens now. Hopefully I'll have it by the end of next week. Then I can go out and shoot that house you mentioned to me, while testing the camera out.

You mentioned about the shutter in the lenses. Will pushing the release button on the body also do the lens shutter, or will I need to get a double cable release for this setup?

My lens is scheduled for a Tuesday delivery.
You'll get yours before I will get mine. He finally today uploaded the tracking number, but has yet to drop it off. Do I need the lens bracket for the 100-200, or can I go without? I know its a long heavy lens, but I question if it is really needed. I have a 300mm for my Pentax 67 camera, and it has no support for it.

I doubt that you will need it. Like I said, I have the 350 APO, which is heavier and longer and I never used the bracket for it. If you have a decent tripod, no worries.

Absolutely - and it will be electronically controlled by the body.

Reach out to me - I can help you get to it, and we can perhaps get together.
I could probably give you a backup battery too!

Sounds like a fun plan Matt. It will most likely be on a Sunday, since traffic should be the least on that day. And I'd like to get it with at least some sun in the sky. This weekend they say it might rain. I will be bringing my Pentax 67 kit and tripod. I will probably shoot a roll of B&W around the area and then reverse the same shots with a roll of color. 20 shots should do it. So might be at the location for some time.

Andrew. Feel like tagging along? Matt and I are thinking of meeting up mid month (like maybe the 19th) to do some pictures of the house and surrounding area. Could be a cool day adventure for some pictures. Im bringing my Pentax 67 kit and several rolls of film B&W and color. As long as it doesnt rain, but hopefully with a little sun. My Pentax doesn't like moisture, so I have to avoid it if possible.
