Anyone have recommendations? Everywhere seems sold out with no option to even pre-order (BH and Adorama) as they have no timeline when stock is coming in. Any recs would be appreciated! (Running a cp-31)

It seems to be available in UK, but the shipping costs would be prohibitive.

Yeah that might be the move and just go with the bigger sized kits

Is there any information about when, or if SinoPromise will be bringing back all color chemistry, including C41? I'm starting to wonder if Sino has abandoned everything smaller than a drum????

Slightly off topic, but I've been using the Fuji Hunt Environeg C-41 developer without issue.
I have been using Fuji for RA4 no trouble. For C41 I use the Kodak C41RA chemistry which is much faster 1 minute bleach, couple minutes fixer. I still have Kodak chemistry. I guess I will wait and see what Kodak SinoPromise will do, again, if anything.

Don't forget Freestyle in L.A. Their Silver Pixel and Arista RA4 kits are fully interchangeable with Kodak Ra/Rt; and they sometimes stock that too. My problem now is acquiring my preferred Fuji papers. The pandemic has messed up all kinds of product lines with respect to current availability.

I'm betting that SinoPromise is prioritizing the larger sizes for their bigger commercial lab end users - they are having all sorts of problems getting constituent components, and then shipping the manufactured product.
A lot of their shippers won't even take orders, or refuse to commit to pick-up dates.

Fuji also has rapid access c41 chemistry. I use it all the time.
This is not carried by Unique Photo who is great, I could call them, :errm:. I'm just curious what's going on, SinoPromise Wuxi, a former Kodak plant (in fact Eastman Kodak still has a operation there) has been making every color chemistry for Kodak then Kodak Alaris for years. It maybe a distributor issue. The Asian market is where the volume is.

Supply chains have been disrupted since the start of the pandemic and now of course the Ukrainian problem will start to play a part. Besides, analog photography materials don't have priority when it comes to resurrecting disturbed supply chains.

There you go. Keep in mind this developer is a replenished so you'd need to either season it on first use or add a starter. Although I understand some people use a replenished as-is, but I didn't find it a usable solution.
