can anyone suggest where i might find some "pure beeswax" to wax paper negatives. i've never done this sort of thing before & was wondeing if anyone has, and can offer some advice? i'm kind of working small ( 4x5 ) and will be working my way up to a bigger size kind of as a first step to making large ( 8x20 ) salt prints from paper negative.

thanks for your help!

Woodcraft supply - www.woodcraft.com - has both yellow and white beeswax. You can order from the on-line catalog or from a local outlet. There should be a Woodcraft store in your area - check the website. Some craft stores carry beewax as do some hardware stores.

I would think you could find it locally at an organic grocer's. If they sell local honey, they should be able to provide you with the name of the beekeeper & he or she would be ablet to guide you to a source. Also, check your Yellow Pages under, "beekeeper," and "honey."

I resisted the urge to reply: "None of your Beeswax"
