where do I get 20x24 polaroid filmholder and developer when Wisner is out of reach ?

Contact Polaroid directly, or through their creative department. Specifically ask for rental studio suggestions, unless you want to purchase a camera for your project. There is a minimum order requirement, so unless you plan on quite a large project, your best route might be renting through a studio.
