I recently acquired several older Graflex 120 roll film holders and I would like to add an end tab holder for the roll film tab to identify which film is in in each holder. I tried Porter's and B&H with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

I use a piece of sticky tape to hold the end tab on Graflex holders.

I just use blue painters tape and a sharpie. Package of a 1,000 for about $5.

By cementing plastic strips of two widths together you could make a profile from which by adding a single width piece you could construct a frame to insert the tab, similar as with that holder for part of 35mm film box.
