Where should I get cleaning done?

I have a Leica Screwmount, Schneider - Kreuznach Xenogon f2.8, that could use some cleaning on its innards, where should I send this to to have it done?

Excellent Point AgX.
A geographic location, and also age group should be a
mandatory requirement for APUG registration.
I feel like a Dummkopf when I recommend buying a Hasselblad, to a teenager from Malaysia.
