Where has Foma gone?

It would appear Foma's website has gone down and the instagram account @foma_cz has dissapeared. Has something happened at Foma?
 
Hmmmm. Hopefully just a temporary technical snafu.
 
It's probably far too early to worry. Let's hope it's just planned updates being carried out over the weekend.
 
The foma.cz web-server doesn't seem to respond to ping. (foma.cz has address 81.2.194.128)

The Czech Republic does not share a border with Ukraine.
 
People even here in Western Europe typically had no idea about Ukraine's geography or history until few weeks ago... I never heard that name in school.

From west borde of Germany to east border of Ukraine the distance is about 1200km. About same distance that is from Berlin to Kiev. From south Germany to north of Spain is 900km.

Maybe East Germany was blocking the view, perhaps?

I was looking at Czechoslovakia, and the Slovakia portion borders Ukraine. It is true they are separate today.
