What's your latest new old camera ? (Part 2)

John Nikon F
greetings from Flavio Canon F1...

do you recall if the Nikkormat FTN has potentiometers for calibrating the meter? Mine is off calibration but still linear (iso 400 on the meter gives correct exposure for iso 100 film).

The schematics i have suggest there are no pots, all fixed resistors!!

Just received this Zenit EM body from a Ukrainian eBay seller "yuriy.perfect". I did a light detailing for this photo but otherwise it seems to be fully operational.

Sinar F1 with reflex viewer. Using a 180mm f/5.6 Caltar-N in a Copal 1 shutter.

I just discovered the existence of the Konica Genbakantoku line, so I had to buy two of them in the last two days: a DD and a 35WB. I just love that little guy with the pick-axe! And the site supervisor's name is still inscribed on the DD. I wonder what sights that camera has seen.

Thank you. Now I have to put another camera on my "To Purchase" list

Not actually a new acquisition, but I staged a new photo of an old one yesterday:

Just bought another couple of Folders, one is a Balda Super Baldax, the upmarket with a Ennit lens and Compur shutter, the other a Zeiss Ikon ikonta 521, 645,with a Nova lens, should be here tomorrow, now all I need is some decemt weather to try them out, sadly the outlook is very cold, cloudy and wet for the next few days

Just purchased a Zorki 3 from Yuri at fedka.com. Have fallen in love with rangefinders and have always wanted a 3 as I find them to be the most beautiful cameras.

Now the waiting begins.......

Another Nikomat FTn... Late model black body for $30 shipped. From Roberts Camera. Needs foam and some meter work. Essentially has the usual jumpy meter syndrome that's related to the shutter speed ring instead of the ring resistor. Had cosmetic challenges, but one of the six 'mats that I received earlier donated parts.

At a Flo Markt (Flee Market), here in Germany, I obtained about a dozen cameras for 12 Euro. In it, to my surprise, was a Leidolf Wetzlar Lordox Blitz with the Prontor-SVS shutter married to a Triplon 2.8 lens. Very clean, but the shutter only good up to 1/8. Between that that 1 sec, it sticks. Mostly will shoot above that anyway, so will give it a try.

Yashica Lynx 14E

Love mine!

Easy to work on, and an easy to adjust light meter that's fairly accurate.

Have fun with yours!
Thanks!
I'm still to find the proper batteries for it.

I found an absolutely mint Bronica GS-1, along with 100/3.5 and grip in equal condition. If someone had told me that it was never used, I wouldn't argue with them. I paid what I feel was a fair price, but it's a shame how much these have come off over the years. Picked up some Fuji Acros and excited about giving it a try. Will eventually pass this one on as well, as I like finding these gems, trying them and then going to find the next one. Have a new (literally never used) 150mm PG lens on its way to go with it. Good time to be a film photographer!

Hasselblad 501C. Not because I needed it, but I'm guessing anybody reading this would already know that. Bill Barber

Minolta Alpha 9 for when I want everything to be automatic

Latest was a malfunctioning Nikon FM, that i will repair someday. The focusing screen is really damaged. Does anyone know if the screens from the FG/EM cameras can be filed to fit?

My trio of Olympus classics. Ran a roll through the Trip 35 already with great results.

The Olympus Pen EED arrived last week and is ready for an outing

Millenium version. 1 week in my hands.

Rolleiflex 2.8D Planar. It was CLA'd by local specialist and is in really really nice condition. Love it!
