If I only had one lens to use, it would be a 180mm, not that I would consider this focal length to be my "favorite." My first LF lens was a 7' Dagor, coated f6.8 lens. I think that I should never have sold this lens. Mine was in excellent condition, and I've since decided that these lenses are rare. Anyway, I sold it and purchased a 180mm Symmar S.

My 180mm Summar S lens had a case of Schneideritis, so I sold it for a 180mm Nikon W f5.6 lens. I recently sold the Nikon 180mm for a Schneider 180mm Apo Symmar.

For 5x4 it's a 150mm Sironar-N, on my Wista 45DX or a 135mm Caltar-S II (Symmar S) on my Super Graphic. On my 10x8 Agfa Ansco it's a 1940 12" f6.8 Goerz Am Opt Dagor which was coated post WWII.

Kodak 150 commercial ektar and 152 4 element ektar, the commercial ektar covers greater movement, the 152 is just as sharp at F11 to 22.

For handheld 5x7 (Speed Graphic) a 203mm Ektar
For handheld 8x10 (Gowland Aerial) a 300mm Nikon M
Those are the only LF cameras I have with lenses kept on the snout.

I like futzing around with different lenses, but if I had to pick a favorite for 4x5, at the moment is a Fujinon CM-W 250mm f6.3. That’s always the longer lens in the bag. I have 210 and 180, but I find I prefer the longer focal length.

On my Sears Tower (Busch Pressman), I keep a Schneider Kreuznach Symmar 150/265 f/5.6 for a "walk around" lens. That's what came with the camera, and I like the 150 setup.

Fujinon 300mm.

On my 5x7, my current go-to lens is a Cooke Series II 10.4" f4.5 Anastigmat. That one, although it can fit on my Canham 5x7 field camera, pretty much lives on the Sinar Norma 5x7 because I have a Sinar shutter on the Norma and the Cooke is a barrel lens. Out in the field, I usually put a 12" Commercial Ektar in the bag, or the 240mm Docter-Optik Germinar-W. It's an f9, but it is tiny, light-weight, and covers WAY beyond 5x7.

I had to get up and look. For years it was a 210 convertible Symar, now it's a 210 Caltar II N. The 4x5 backpack has 65, 115 and 400 too

I have to say my favorite that I ever used was a 210mm I borrowed that I can't remember any details on beyond it was in a copal shutter and on a calumet lensboard
I like what it did for me for tabletop work and that's about it
I usually just use the graflex optar 135mm as it's all I have for my only 4x5 camera I still own so it's what gets used

12” Dagor on the V8

I've been doing architecture lately; so most of the time, I use a 90mm Nikon SW.

I would have to say the first focal length that I purchased for any 4x5 camera, a 180mm. But since purchasing a 7" Dagor (168mm),

But after upgrading three times, I now have a 180mm Apo Symmar. That is one sweet lens. It's also smaller than a typical 180mm plasmat, having a filter size of 58mm, versus 67mm.

A dust cover, unfortunately. Personal life has been terribly intrusive the past couple months.

After replacing the bellowson my Technika, I installed my Dogmar 16.5cm ƒ4.5 on it, because I can close the camera with that lens in place. My Symmar 150 and Nikkor 180 cant quite do that.

Like a few others I am not too sure I have a favorite. I do have one lens that seems to get used a lot frequently because the camera it is attached to gets used a lot. That is my 90/6.8 Schneider Angulon on my Wanderlust Travelwide. The lens is a perfect fit for the camera.

Heh… it’s a Gundlach Radar 5x7 on an Anniversary Graphic right now.
