Last year I finally got a cheap used mini fridge to keep near the darkroom (bathroom) and store my film and paper in. My wife was very happy to have her fridge space back in the kitchen.
I have a few boxes of 4x5 in there, mostly HP5+ and FP4+ since that's what I shoot far and away the most of. Several rolls of 120, again primarily HP5+ and FP4+ but also some expired TMX, some SFX, and a few rolls of Ektachrome 100. Several rolls of 35mm. Some Delta 100, quite a bit of Provia, and some odd stuff from the FPP like the Svema microfilm stuff and whatnot for when I'm feeling experimental. I have a bulk loader with HP5+ and one with Delta 100, but I don't keep them in the fridge.
I also keep a BBQ sauce squeeze bottle full of distilled water. My darkroom sits at an ambient temp of around 75-80 degrees F, so if I want to develop film at 68F, I have to mix some extra cold distilled water with the stuff from the jug on the shelf to get it down where it needs to be.
