Praktica LTL 3 with Pancolar 50/1,8 (very nice lens), Albinar 28/2,8 (so very cheap, it's almost lomo), a small beanbag and a bottle of cider... it's all I really need

Oh, and a few rolls of APX 100... never leave the house without them.

The 55mm lens is good with the 80mm lens. I had the 65mm, 80mm and 250mm and I found that the 65mm lens was too close to the 80mm. I was thinking of dumping the 65mm and getting the 55mm, but I found a better MF camera for me. I think you will really like the 55mm and 80mm combination.

Steve
Thanks Steve, that's what I thought that's why I didn't buy the 65 mm, I've had my 55mm W/A, and all my Mamiya C gear for more than twenty years and it's all worked faultlessly, I find I can get the camera 55, 80 and 180 lenses in a much smaller bag than I could get any other medium format system made in.
My favourite lenses because I'm a portrait enthusiast are the 80, the 135 and the 180.

Walmart fanny pack is my usual "bag." In it I typically carry film, hand-me-down wife's makeup brushes, a few cotton swabs, little notebook, pen, 2.75 reading glasses for lens cleaning and such, maybe an extra lens if I am shooting my FED2d or Sp1000 or SWT605; my other main cameras are fixed-lens RFs (Yashica Lynx 14E and Minolta A5). I have a Lowepro EX 140 bag I use if I tote a second camera ...

In my ninja 4x5 bag - lowepro fastpack 100:
4 film holders
busch pressman D with 150/5.6 Symmar-S
210/5.6 Symmar-S
90/8 Super Angulon
Minolta XD11 with either 20 or 24 and 50mm lenses
Minolta flash meter III, loupe, release cable, other accessories

In the side pocket I stash a tiny Slik tripod and loop the panhead handle into the loop at the top of the bag.

I've got another bag coming, which will probably hold my RZ67 and/or EOS 3.

I have a re-useable Publix shopping bag (Publix is a large grocery outlet in the Southeastern United States) that I put my stuff in. 99 cents and holds EVERYTHING, I just wear my body.

Granted I usually have a Sony bag with all my lenses in it, and there are many....

28mm f2.8 Rokinon
28mm f3.5 Nikkor H
35mm f2.8 Nikkor
50mm f1.8 Series E Nikkor
55mm-135mm Vivitar Tele-Zoom

those are just film lenses in the bag, not to mention

75-300 Canon L lens, L as in "el cheapo"
All my cleaning supplies and probably 20 different filters.

If there were ever a contest to see how much equipment you could fit in a small bag I would have you all beat hands down, there was a time I was stuffing my Rebel in with all that before I bought my Nikkormat FT.

If I am careful with arrangement I can fit the Sony bag with lenses and both camera bodies with zoom lenses in the Publix bag and wear my Rebel XTi around me.

Don't use a bag. I have a medic cargo pants picked up at supply depot, that I lined the knee pockets with foam. when shooting analog, I have only my EOS3, and 28-135mm lens which remains around my neck. Only 72mm polarizer is in my pocket.

When I shoot digital, I shoot either a canon 10D with same lens as above, or nikon D40 with kit 18-55mm, and SB400 on camera. I keep my 35mm f/1.8 DX prime in the lined pocket. Other pockets wouuld have:

1) Lens Pen
2) 512MB memory card
3) Exra camera battery
4) 2X AA battery for SB400
5) 52mm polarising filter

No wonder I shoot more film :D

The camera/cameras will depend on what my plans are, however the things I'm pretty compulsive about having in the kit are:

Hot shoe level and small non-hot shoe level.
Small flash light/magnifying glass
Extra battery and nylon washer for removing the battery cap
Small bottle of alcohol with cotton balls
OEM lens hood for which ever lens/lenses I'm using
Quick release plate and allen wrench
Cable release
Extension Tubes
12" reflector
Notebook and pen
Extra film
Cell phone
Make up brush

and in the back of my SUV

Four bean bags to use aa a support of to keep things from moving around

There probably are a few other things however that gets most of it.

These days I mostly use my ISO bag, with a canon f-1 (second version of the old version!), with a pentacon 50mm f1.8 attached to it via a jessops canon fd to m42 adaptor, and that's about it.
I'm a user too by the way.

Simple convenient and non-noticable ladies bag, with a Yashica 635 (either 35mm or 120 film) a Gossen Luna-Lux SBC and a Dacora Digna tubus-camera. The Yashica competes with a Yashica LM and a Flexaret III for room..... Was out and about saturday burning film.....

Im a user but collects anyway.

I actually took a camera bag today. In it was a Canon T2i for my sweetie to shoot with, my D700 (or $3000 light meter), Nikon N80 and Nikkormat Ftn. I shot for a while with both the D700 and the Nikkormat testing the meter on the FTn. It seemed to be matching pretty close to the D700 so I put the D700 away and shot the rest of the day with the FTn. The N80 stayed in the bag all day.

In my well-worn Domke F2: F5 w/50mm F1.2 Nikkor (resting in one end), and an F3HP/MD4-MK1 (on the other end). In the inside pockets, a selection of Ais glass: a 20mm F3.5, 28mm F2, 85mm F1.4 and a 180mm F2.8 ED. The F5 is loaded with E100G, the F3 with HP5 Plus. A cleaning kit resides in the fold-over flap; the front pockets contain a supply of E100G in one and HP5 in the other. Back pocket holds a couple of pens, a writing pad and a Swiss army knife.

In my Lowepro (model unknown, the bag was included with an F5 purchased on eBay last year for $212 USD): some Hasselblad equipment: 500c/m body with (currently) 50mm, 100mm, 180mm and 250mm lenses, 4-A12 backs (two loaded with E100G and two with FP4 Plus), an assortment of B60 filters and a cleaning kit.

My Billingham-ette ("made" for the Leica M (LOL)) is stuffed with a M6 w/50mm Summilux ASPH, 35mm and 90mm Summicrons and (of course) a cleaning kit.

The Lowepro backpack, currently residing in the far reaches of the storage closet collecting dust, holds the 300, 400 and 600mm Nikkors...

The other bag has a Linhov STIV with a 150 Symmar, a 270 Tele Arton, a 90 Angulon, a 6" Dagor in Compound from ca. 1910; six 4x5 holders, a Super Rollex 56x72 back, multifocus finder, cable releases, shades, a Weston Master III, notebook, and some other stuff I'm forgetting.
