What goes out the door with me every day:
Domke F-5XB RuggedWear
Leica M6 Panda
Leitz Summicron 35mm IV
Leitz Summicron 50mm III
A few rolls of Tri-X, Ilford XP2 or BW400CN
A roll or two of color negative film
Minolta Auto Meter V F
B+W color filters: 023 Yellow/Orange, 061 Green, 041 Red
Kodak 5x4" gray/white card
Extra battery for M6
Wallet, iPhone, Business cards

Ocasionally I'll bring along a DSLR and that will add (to my shoulder):
Canon 20D
Contax Zeiss 28/2.8
Shimada C/Y-to-EOS adapter
and a
Shimada C/Y-to-M adapter in the bag

If I need super wide, I'll put the 10-22 on the 20D and just stow the Zeiss 28mm and adapters for use on either body.

I have other bags like a large f.64 and a Lowepro EliteAW for larger assignments but lately I've been all about the small Domke, one body and two lenses.

Generally, I just have a Minolta X-700 w/ a 50mm, Tri-X and filters. I like to keep it light and manageable unless I have something specific that I'm shooting.

If I bring the Spotmatic, I'll have a Luna Pro 6, a 50mm, a 35mm, Tri-X and filters.

Just updated my bag: Bronica ETRS, cheep flash that I broke the other day till I get a new one. Rolls and rolls of HP5+, and 400VC.
My second "bag" contains my Speed Graphic, Flashbulbs, flashgun, HP5+, and 5 carriers.

Nikon F100 + 24-85 mm lens, Olympus OM4Ti + 24 mm lens with IR film, and Xpan with 45mm lens.

Today, my insulated lunch bag/camera bag held it's usual kit - Koni-Omega Rapid Omega M, a 120 back, 58mm and 90mm Omega lens, the accessory finder for the 58mm and a meter - lately my Gossen Digisix.

Plus some 120 film (Plus-X mainly) and cannisters to hold the exposed rolls.

I have two camera bags that are generally ready to go at all times.

Bag #1 is for work (and belongs to my employer): Canon 20D, 50mm f/2.5 macro, kit lens (18-55mm, I believe), Nikon SB-600, two batteries, two sets of flash batteries, extra quick release plate, one gig CF card in camera, extra 512 meg CF card. (I shoot nothing but small jpegs.) The bag is a medium-sized Canon bag. My Bogen 3036 always comes along as well, and so does my Sunpak 555 sometimes.

Bag #2 is for spur of the moment shooting, when I just need to grab something and go: Two unloaded Canon FD bodies (usually an old F-1 and either an FTb or an AE-1P), 55mm f/1.2, 28mm f/2.0. Two rolls HP5 or Tri-X (Arista Premium 400 at this time), two rolls Delta 3200, and two rolls Fuji Press 800 are always in the bag at room temperature, and I usually grab some cold film before I leave the house. The bag is a smallish toiletries bag (about 10x5x5 inches) with a side zipper pocket. All this stuff is crammed into it pretty tightly. Oh yeah! The most important thing: a SHARPIE!

Which camera bag? I have several. I've come to appreciate traveling light and grabbing only what's needed...

I have bags of varying size, and in some focal lengths both slow and fast lenses.
I pack the most smallest bag which will suit the planned photo opportunity.
If the CV15mm is at home whan I need it, too bad.
If you look like a tourist with a small digi bag people tend to ignore you.

My Domke F-1x
always holds these:
Olympus OM-2
35/2.8 w/hood
50/1.8 w/hood
100/2.8 w/hood
Gossen Luna Pro SBC
81B, Polarizer, UV filter
Loads of HP5+ and APX100

and sometimes these:
Rolleicord IIb
NP400PR & RDPIII
Manfrotto 190CXB
MacBook plus cables, HDDs etc.

I have far too many cameras and like to take as many as possible with me at once. I can select from:

Nikon F5
Nikon F80
Nikon 20-35 f/2.8, 80-200 f/2.8, 50 1.8, 300 f4
Olympus Trip 35
Olympus Stylus Epic, Zoom 140, Wide Zoom 80 (28-80)
Rolleicord III

I don't generally use a meter with the Rollei, I do have a Sekonic L-208 but I can't be bothered taking it most of the time, relying instead on Sunny 16. I don't have any filters for the rollei but have a set of grads and red + orange for the 35mm kit.

Film: Slowly getting rid of a selection of 20 different types of film I had. Can't get good at it doing that. Hope soon to just have FP4, HP5, Delta 3200 and maybe a little Pan F, plus Portra and Superia 400 for colour. Still have left about 50 rolls of various stuff that's starting to annoy me

I have my Holga, Trip 35, a Canon flash, off-shoe cable, a light meter, some lenses and a camera and some accessories I will not mention here...

My kit varies with my cameras and destination: informal candids, street shooting, etc. I'll take my M3 with 50 2.8 Elmar along with my Pentax K20D (the M3 gets the most use). For landscapes & "serious" work I'll have one of my Mamiya kits: either an RB with 90mm 3.8 or my Mamiya 645 or C33 with 105mm. I'll meter with a Seconic L-28 or Metrastar. Films are usually Fuji or Arista products.

I have 2 bags, actually a Domke and a leather hard case I got from ebay, same size as the Domke.

1) Leica M4 with Carl Zeiss Jena 50/1.5 Sonnar lens, Canon 100/3.5 lens with M adapter, Hexar AF, 2 extra rolls of film.

2) Leica M2 with Canon 28/3.5 lens, Canon 35/2.0 lens with M adapter, Canon P with Jupiter 9 85/2.0 lens, extra film

Sometimes I swap out cameras according to my mood. Sometimes I take along an old SLR with a lens I had been neglecting...

Bag 1: Mamiya RZ67 bodywith WLF, 120 back, 220 back, flash, wide angle lens, zoom lens.
Bag 2: Minolta Maxxum 7, Maxxum 5, two flashes, 50 mm, 28-70mm, 75-300 lenses, battery packs, flash modifier.

Shen HAO 90,120,150,180,270 plus darkslildes and 2 grafmatic film holders.

Also - Spagthorpe's heavy duty ever ready truss for when I have to lift the damn things.

Hoist and mule would seem a better option?

My minium is 2x LTM bodies and 2x lenses, sometimes go to three, sometimes Canon P or Leica M.

Last Sun I carried a Canon AE-1P with 80mm/ F1.8 as I was shooting Magic Slim during a show in Gravenhurst, ON. I'm yet to develop the film, I hope I didn't blew the exposure. Today I have the OM-1 with the 50mm and 28mm Zuiko lenses.

I carry a lowepro Orion AW hip/convertible to backpack case in the trunk/boot of my car at all times. It has a Hasselblad 201f, 50mm, 80mm, 90mm Great Wall lens, 150mm. and the dedicated hood for each Zeiss lens. Either a zero 6x9 pinhole camera, OR my vivitar slr with helios lens, a Gossen Lunasix 3S, Cokin filter holders (wideangle, and standard -pro kits) and associated bay 60 or 70 mounts. 10 rolls of film in the lower half and 10 stored in the removable top portion along with my filters. It's a lot in a small compact package, and ready to go at a moments notice. The top and bottom seperate and allows you to scale down even more if you need to. I find this works well for carry on in airplanes. Tripod and cameras overhead while film and lighter pieces in the removable top under the seat in front.

My small SUV (Rav4 Sport) has a small compartment in the rear that allows the camera bag, tripod, and monopod to be stored out of view. Very handy, and in summer it does not get warm like the rest of the interior does!!

In the glove compartment of my car is a Minox 35GT loaded with 100 speed Legacy-Pro film, an Olmpus XA loaded with Kodak 400 CN, and a Yashica T4 with color print film. Overkill??? Maybe.

However, there is never any excuse to not have a camera with me. When I park the car for work, I'll either take the XA, or Minox with me in my laptop bag while I walk from the parking lot to my office. If I didn't have a camera with me, that would be when I needed it! I've had the opportunity to use all of the compacts in my travels.

Then I have the blad and the more serious tools at my beck and call when I want them. I've been known to see something that grabs my eye, go back to the car to get my blad and take the shots I want then go about my business.

I'm a photo addict and am not ashamed

notebook
film.

Large Format Bag:
Nondescript padded messenger bag / soft sided briefcase thingy.

I have several bags and outfit them with what I have in mind for a specific trip. I maintain one grab bag that is always at the ready and that is a small Domke bag with a Contax G1 and 28mm and 90 mm, including shades, spare batteries, various films, 200 flash. Heliopan UV's, orange and warming. Sometimes grab a Gossen Luna Star F. Along with this bag goes a Gitzo Totalux with Arca B1 in a Giottos carry bag.

My big bag is a canvas and leather backpack bag which contains a Hasselblad outfit containing much different gear. This bag is quite heavy and bulky. 553 ELX. 50mm, 150mm, 250mm, 350mm,500mm, couple backs, Luna Star F, many filters, polaroid back, PME3 prism, and several other accessories, films. All gear wrapped in lens wraps and stuffed into the pack. I also use a Original Domke bag outfitted with 35mm Contax SLR gear when I need the compromise setup. I use a Galvin 6x9 with the backpack as well, a Rodenstock 135 Apo Sironar and a Scheider 65mm 5.6, Grafmatic back, Luna Star F.

Today I am carrying a soft cooler with an Olympus OM2 with 50mm f1.4 attached. A 24mm f2.8 with metal hood. 2 rolls hp5 400.
I usually carry a stylus epic as well, but its gone missing
