As of a month or three ago, I finally have all the bits together to dabble in (Graflex) 4x5. (Delay in part because ability to process was a prerequisite.)

All I lack now is guts, and a couple bits of packaging info.

So I have this box of 25 sheets of 4x5 HP5+. I have the film holders. In theory, I know how to fill them. But how is the film packaged? Is this a 3-part box like the '60s Kodak film I've seen? Is it a box with plastic bag, like the Ilford papers? Is it all in one lump or separated?

If this were a safelight operation, I'd just explore. But for dark work, I'd like to go in semi-informed.

The box is three parts and the film is in a black plastic bag.
