OK - It's time to lift the certain.
As some of you know there is a of cause difference in color management due to
modern technics.
The last years many effects with photoshop/lightroom becomes popular.
Some filters do this two. And thinking on
HDR photography ! For me it is allway the same procedure - at the beginning it look
interessting but confrontation with the same effects - it bores me.
So we see many trends of looks over the
years with boring characters after short time.
In the 80th or in the 90th it was a little
the same with films.Thinking to cross developement.
But I would say - there is a great difference - because looks changes today within shorter time !
In some directions within 12 weeks -
looking to the work of proffessional.
Coming to Fuji Astia - you have a very
neutral color emulsion.
It is to many not the perfect film to landscape - therefore Fujichrome Velvia50.
So what is happened with the girl here ?
It is caused by the lens. An original Nicon 35mm lens.
You should say : This can't be the reason
to these colors with Fuji Astia !
But yes it was the reason to overexposure - simpled overexposured 2/3 stops. And of cause it was the sun
(a bit).
How could this happen? Simple answer:
It is an old Nikon lens - perfect to me but
modern Nicons need these golden contacs in the lens to identify.
So as with my Nikon F80s.
All exposures was without lightmeter.
No problem at all in most cases - but a complete shooting with E6 ?
Therefore I got the times of integral messurement from the Pentax.
No need of spot messurement in many cases.Yes - of cause I have also a spotmeter (not the Pentax spotmeter)
AND -was it in use? No... it is allways at home since last years.
Well some times between from the P67
was enought - while changing the cameras.
But between the sun changes

.
I have used the nikon to a while and I was not able to notice (looking throuh vievfinder of it) - there have been obviously smal foggy clouds the whole
time AND to a moment the sun comes
throug. 2/3 stops more light (only 5-7
exposures) I guess on 1 Minute !
THE Rest of this 135 is Ok - to me

.
And I should say : this overexposure was not intended from me.
But just looking to these 5 or 7 overexposed shots with a slide Projektor it changes
To the flash - it was a very little to much
in the basis of overexposure 2/3 stops.
As a result of this she got a Full stop
overexposure. What a kind of color change by overexposure Astia100F

.
But as many of you have had a look on both
pictures (the 6x7 shot is a reference of
correctness)
ONE question :" What is your impression
when you have now a second look on
both pictures "
Wich of the 2 photos gives the observer
the most "impact"
AND NOTICE : The second shot has absolute correct technical parameters.
AND one can see a litte bit more of the
curves of her !
Wich photo is more impressive ?
