3 pints of OLD HC-110 and 1 pint of HC-110 replenisher. I am after the fragrance as much as anything

Curious me wants to know, are there any 9v battery adapters that can hold silver cell batteries, and keep the frequency of discharge of a proper nine volt discharge?
Are there any straight up Silver cell 9 volt batteries, perhaps used for industrial applications/power sources.

3 rolls of tri-x that went out of date in 2001 ... for $5 total
A Nikkor DX SWM VR ED IF 55-200mm lens that I scored for eBay for the princely sum of $15. It arrived in a Nikon refurbished lens box and is in immaculate condition. Merry Christmas to me.
After not spending much on photo gear in the last couple of years, I broke down in the last several months and bought two lenses and one camera body all from dealers in Japan. The first was a 35mm f:2 AF-D Nikon that replaced a much loved 35mm f:2 that I had used since the early 70's. this lens was said by the dealer to be in excellent condition and he was wrong, it was in mint condition and came with the original box with the original warranty and even had the Styrofoam packing and plastic bag and the best part is that it was cheaper than other similar lenses on Ebay.
My next purchase was a Nikon F4 film camera that works as it should but was less than $200 including shipping. Back in the day I lusted over the F4 but was spending most of my equipment budget on medium and large format so this purchase scratched an itch.
My last recent purchase was a 105mm f:2.8 AF-D Micro Nikkor that will replace a 105 f:4 MF Micro Nikkor in my kit. This lens was also in next to mint condition.
The downside to buying from Japan is the rather steep shipping cost ($25-$35) and the upside is that the sellers in Japan for the most part are very honest and very conservative in there rating on condition and more reasonable in pricing.
One thing that I did notice with these transactions from two different dealers is that the items arrived very quickly. As little as 3 days and the longest was 4 days. Coming from Japan to Western NY in that little amount of time is nothing less than incredible.
To say that I'm satisfied by my purchases would be an understatement.

Congrats to your 35/F2D, Robert. I use it on my F80, F100 & D700. For sure, not a Zeiss Distagon or -Biogon, but a nice lens with good 3D Pop & microcontrast. I enjoy it.
My last purchase - a black Contax T these days, already own the silver edition.
Got my new bellows in for the Korona 5x7, so I finally felt justified in purchasing a Jobo 3005 Expert Drum for my ATL 2500.
15 days to retirement and the projects are lining up nicely. Hope to be ready to head to the Blue Ridge Mountains come spring for some landscape photography. I've never really done a lot of large format work, so it's going to be interesting...

Mine arrived, an early Type 1. Wow! I can see the sharpness increase as I stop down or focus at f 16 if I want. Double checked it against a Paragon loop and it's spot on. This will improve my game!
I've done well with just eyes for years but the eyes are getting older.

I’m pretty excited, as I have a ”type E” grid focusing screen coming for my Nikon 8008s.

Most manufacturers and distributors of these photoresists insist on two 500 foot long rolls as a minimum order, so finding the distributor linked below selling in 250 foot long rolls was a pleasant surprise as it completely does away with trying to organize group orders.

One more thing...it came to $78.76 US without shipping...a massive saving compared to ready made metal plates where one supplier is charging $63.00 US for a single 16x23 Toyobo KM43 plate!

Rolleinars 1 in Bay III are expensive so I ordered one from KEH in UG condition. Let’s see how lucky I am.

Well the focusing screen arrived and it’s everything I could have ever hoped for. Wow I’ll finally be able to get my horizons horizontal and my verticals vertical. Lol, Nikon 8008s, Nikkor AF 35-135mm f3.5-4.5 and the focusing screen is the most expensive part of the hole setup. In all seriousness it is nice to have the grid screen for the camera.

There's no substitute for the right focusing screen. Makes a big difference.
