An Agfa Karat 36 camera, the last iteration, with the Rodenstock Heligon f/2 lens. Everything on it is working, but the focus and film advance are slow and sluggish, to be expected given the age of the camera and the manufacturer. It's a nice little competitor to the Kodak Retinas.

Today I bought a "Job Lot" of Film & Plate holders, HAlf plate, 5x4, Quarter plate 9x12, plus some 5x4 Wet Plate holders, at least 10 small contact frames, lens boards, and two roller blind shutters.

After looking at the prices for the 37mm fisheye for RB67 (really?! 8-12 times the cost of a 50mm?) I bought a 77mm filter ring add-on 0.45x wide converter from an eBay seller. Don't know what effect I'll get, but I'll find out in two to four weeks...

Previously, I'd only used a fixed length in 105mm-class for a short telephoto. After reading about the 85mm, I decided to get one more as a "walk-around" lens, so I wouldn't need to carry my heavier 70-200 f/2.8. A dealer in nearby Ann Arbor had this nice copy, so I bought it. It's extremely clean, not even any noticeable dust.

Clever(?) way to index the film advance so the knob stops at the frame mark (or so I read).

There is something to the fit and finish to this camera, like the light champagne tint to faceplate, that seem so superior to later budget Kodaks, like the Pony II.

G-Claron 210mm in a Copal shutter. As far as I can tell, I think its a plasmat version, not a Dagor version. (4 strong reflections on the front half of the lens.)

A Bronica SQ-A body "As-is" in nice cosmetic condition with a crank attached. Somewhat to my surprise, it appears to work correctly.

Also, unrelated, a stack of J. Lane plates. Now I actually have to get moving on patching the light leaks on my Thornton-Pickard Imperial.

New (to me) RZ67 body. My existing one had problems - I took it in for repair, it came back with the problem I sent it in for seemingly addressed, but shortly thereafter, a new set of problems cropped up. At the price of repair, and the fact that it would have to go back to the people who boogered it up the first time, made it seem the smarter move to spend a bit more money and get a new body with no known issues and a warranty. I had too much invested in glass for the RZ to just walk away from the system, so I'll keep going with it for now.

My "spare" F5. Not as pristine as the first, but damn close. In fact, the view finder/focusing screen in this one has no dust, and the command dials work perfectly. The rubber was tacky to the touch, but some IPA took care of that. It was sold "as-is" untested, but it powered right up and everything seems to work just fine. The only obvious problem is a slightly distorted bottom plate. The tripod socket is bent slightly toward the back, making it tricky to insert and remove the battery holder. There was a fair amount of corrosion deposits in the battery compartment, but it was easily cleaned. Film testing this week.

I needed this like I needed a hole in the head, but I couldn't let go a cosmetically clean Retina IIIc (small c) with both 35mm and 80mm accessory lenses, accessory 35/80 finder, and an accessory rangefinder. Oh, and the lens shade for the 35mm lens too.
