5 rolls of Kodak 35mm ColorPlus 200 Color Negative to test out some recently acquired rangefinders and a 5 roll pack of 120 Ektar 100 Color Negative from Freestyle.

More XP2 in 120, ADOX Silvermax 100 in 35mm and Fuji Superia 400 in 35mm from Speed Graphic.

A big spending month:

I bought a bunch of 35mm film in anticipation of a trip next month--10 rolls of Fuji 400h, 10 rolls of Portra 400, 5rolls of Ektar, and 8 rolls of TriX (I already have more Ektar, Velvia50 Provia, and TMAX100). I also bought 12 rolls of Superia 400, but that probably won't be coming on the trip.

next, I am getting low on negative sleeves, so 100, 35mm 6 frame by 7 strip printfile sleeves. also since I just recently got a 6x6 TLR, I needed to store them somewhere, so a besfile binder and 4 frame by 3 column 120 film holder.

Finally, I bought a Pentax FA 50/1.4 for the trip because my F 50/1.4 is having issues, and I bought a Bronica ETRSi AEIII prism finder because it was there (I've been on the lookout for one for a while, but they're hard to find off of the camera. the previous models are easy to find, but I wanted one that was newer--20 years old versus 40 years old. I wasn't planning, but when it popped up, I jumped quickly.

My local used dealer had this F90X (US = N90s) for sale, for $55, including the MF-26 back. This one lacks the sticky crud that caused me to eventually toss my old N90s. I also grabbed the MB-10 that was listed separately. I did some firing and exposure testing with a test roll for function, and it seems everything works fine.

a bunch of OHP film from the rain forest, some xerox film negatives and xerox negatives ( paper )

Are you going industrial?

:D something like that. It's economy of scale but not to the extent of the times I bought Borax 2 metric tonnes at a time maybe 3 times a year, and Sodium Metabisulrpite, Carbonate and Hydroxide, 100kg on a regular basis along with concentrated Nitric and Hydrochloric acid

Pentax ME Super (great condition other than a small dent in back top right corner) + Pentax Auto Winder II (perfect) + Sigma Zoom-Theta 28-80mm F3.5-4.5 (a few tiny spots 2nd front element) + Sunpak 433 D + Vintage Mustang holster bag (like new) = $12

A third Domke F2 camera bag (RuggedWear)i in olive, configured for my digital (D800 w/ a set of AFS Nikkors) kit (the other two are set up for film Nikons and MF Nikkor lenses), 25 rolls of Tri-X, and two bricks of PanF+.

And Wednesday, processing, at The Lab, here in Vancouver, for 15 rolls of E6 (a mix of 120 and 35mm), and a dozen rolls of 120 black and white (getting a little behind on my darkroom work...

Two nights ago I ordered a 400’ roll of Eastman 5222 (Double-X) directly from Kodak’s online store.

Early last week I put in an order for a 400’ roll each of Orwo N74+ and Orwo UN54+ from Colorlab in Maryland, but I have to wait until they get them in stock from Germany. In the meantime I picked up a 250’ short end of Kodak 2378E to experiment with.

100 year old deckeled edge paper cutter. Bought it from an 81 year old photographer who spent most of his career working for GM doing both cars and executives. Still does freelance work for a few exotic cars dealers and collectors in the Scottsdale area. Very interesting person who was a pleasure to meet.

Some lens work by Jeff at Classic V: fitting of a replacement reinforced flash sync port housing for my Hasselblad 3.5/100mm Planar CFi, as well as a full lens/shutter service at the same time.

I originally bought the lens in apparently mint NOS condition, but one day whilst changing the lens the sync port housing broke off. On examination it turned out it had happened before and been superglued back together! Needless to say I was fuming

Anyway, turns out it's a fairly common issue with those plastic housings on the CFi/CFE lenses. He has fitted a replacement housing, as well as filled/bonded it internally with strong UV-cured plastic (the type they use on aircraft) so he could tap a screw into it through the main lens barrel assembly. It shouldn't be coming loose again any time soon!

The lens will soon be winging its way back to me. It's been a long three weeks....

I paid $1.00 for a modern (bottled in Germany) bottle of Kodak Indicator Stop bath at the Kent Washington Camera show.

Nikon S2 system -- 50, 35 and 25 lenses, the last two are voigtlander. paid a fair price for it all and worth every cent.

- Canon EOS 50E €5.50
- Leitz easel €7.50
- Metz flash handle with Metz 32 head with SCA 321 for €6.50

Picked a triple mint Calumet 400cc 4x5 camera from a member here. I think it just came out of the factory. Came with an older style Schneider 150mm lens; case; some holders; changing bag ...
Thanks again Ed!!

- RED, BLUE, GREEN and YELLOW filters for Metz 45 CT €18.75
- Metz 32 CT7 €1.00

Been a while. Picked up these two items, plus a chrome FTn, and a 50/2 Nikkor-H, plus a couple rolls of Fuji Industrial 100 film at the PSPCS swap meet yesterday. On the way home, picked up a 55/3.5 Micro-Nikkor (compensating diaphragm version), a Nikon LC-52 cap, and three V625U batteries from Glazer's Camera.

Will somebody please fix that capital S in was?
