Perhaps the most elusive of all the Folding Pack Polaroids- The Automatic 102
$4 at a Goodwill thrift store.

Before that, five rolls of 35mm Fujichrome (three of Provia 100, two of Velvia 100F).
I had hoped to be buying Ferraniachrome, but needed the film now

a light pad, to examine and copy negatives
a couple of lights with stands and diffusers, hoping to learn to make better copies of my prints.
some more eyedropper bottles, I seem to use a lot of them.

thumb screws hex bolts and threaded sleeves to fix a camera i should have left alone

30mm lens with hood, center filter, and viewfinder, for my TX-2.

Not cheap. I'm going to have trouble sitting down for a few more days.

A 1932 copy of the British Journal Photographic Almanac, so now I h19ave every edition 1931-1963 when it changed to become the British Journal of Photography Almanac, next to fill in the 1920-30 editions that I'm missing (I have 21, 22 ,23 & 27 ,28, 29) these are great resources but as yu go back each decade to prices rise steeply.

The late 1930's copies are particularly interesting as they show the major shifts in analog photography.

A Sitacon ST-3 35mm camera. 50mm lens, only 3 settings for different light levels. Roughly the same quality as a Holga. Should be pretty fun to experiment with.

Kowa 50mm f2.8 enlarging lens.
This is the same lens as the Computar DL and I can't wait to print with it.

I picked up a roll of Bergger PAncro 400 in 120 to try out, a pro pack of Acros 100 in 120, some more microphen and another Unicolor 2L kit.

picked up a Meopta enlarger, now i can finally start printing 35mm negatives the Right Way.

I just bought a small microwave oven at a garage sale, installed it by my sink, now I can heat up my platinum developer right before processing a print rather than try to keep my developer on burner all day to keep it warm.

Eyelevel finder for the F...

For the past month, the camera has been a mixture of chrome and black. Need a wind side top and A-R ring to complete the conversion.

I bought a polaroid sx-70 one step white/rainbow striped camera from a garage sale for $4 and the corresponding flash unit/film from the impossible project. It's been challenging getting good results so far but it certainly has a very 70's vintage look to the photographs. You wouldn't be able to tell them from ones in my parents photo albums from years ago. Everything seems to have that 70's brown/orange feel to it.

I bought a roll of Delta 100 from a new store in my area (Big flashy store in a rich neighborhood, loads and loads of digital cameras, drones & tripods on display). I gave them a roll of Vista Plus 200 to process, the guy looked at me like I was some alien when I said that I just wanted negatives and he had to look closely at the canister to figure if the roll was C-41 or something else... doesn't inspire confidence.

Just bought a 45mm lens for my TX-2, with hood and center filter. Haven't received them yet. Getting stoked about autumn approaching!

(Note to self: autumn foliage doesn't look so good on Tri-X.)

Even more Ektar 100, to live in saturated sin. I cannot help myself.

Picked up some unopened (expires in 1946) rolls of Kodak 35mm. Its "Kodak-Eastman Panchromatic Plus X".

I figure ill experiment with some long exposures, see if i can get any image from these. Since theyre steel canisters, i have to assume that they would have absorbed less background radiation over the years. So the film wouldnt be as "fogged" as film that was stored in a paper carton.

Good luck and have fun, but I don't know that steel will necessary help - it can be an excellent conductor of heat, and probably doesn't stop appreciably greater amounts of cosmic rays.
