I agree.
Ive not yet have one with my kit but the various magnification settings are really what I need, as the floaters in my eyes make it difficult to focus close on some days.
I had one of the 110 cameras in the 1980's. The prints had deckle edges, quite interesting tech.
Picked me up a Nikon F5, should be here on Monday. Always liked the camera, never had a reason to buy it, now I sorta do so. Woohoo.
Somewhat photo related, but I got a xacto knife the other day for whenever I get something 3d printed to cut off the excess filament, helped with the Meyer pocket rangefinder I have fit onto a 3d printed extended coldshoe better, which can now fit on my Kodak Monitor 620 w/o a bunch of tape slapped on it to hold it all together
I recently got a machinist deburring tool, like this,
Haas Deburr Tool Kit | Haas Tooling
Shop Haas Deburr Tool Kit - Deburr Tools at Haas Tooling.www.google.com
which has a rotating blade and is somewhat harder to cut yourself with and cleans up 90° edges.
An original German-made push on lens hood for my Maximar folding camera.
Nothing like wearing the latest fashion items!I just bought my first photography vest, an old vintage thing.
Hello everyone, I’m Hiroki from Japan, new to this website. Nice meeting you all!
I’m waiting for my Retina Reflex to arrive: the first model with interchangeable front-middle lens elements. I already got a Longar Xenon 80mm f4 and Curtar Xenon 35mm f4 for my Retina IIc but thought it would make more sense to use them on a SLR. I cleaned those two lenses to remove internal fogs and look forward to test shoots on Reflex!
The picture is a part of Curtar Xenon. If anyone is looking for how to disassemble this lens, I’m happy to help
