A Leica IIIf - slow speeds were off: some running too fast, some ok. Also was first time I realized that the progression on the slow-speed dial is weird: 1, 2, 5, 25 (detent), 15, 10. Must use two gear trains for slow speeds.

I want one with a self timer anyway.

I actually drove past Kenmore Camera without dropping in.

Last time I considered buying something, but didn't, was a pre-AI 55/1.2 that Glazer's has. I could get it for $175, but I'd rather have an AI'd (or a factory AI) copy to replace the one that got dropped a few months ago.

Not today, but last week on dealers website who I have used many times, I saw an absolute mint example of a Minolta XE1. Still boxed with all the usual packing and all the guarantee paperwork plus the original sale receipt from 1976. I rang the dealer to ask a little bit more about it but it had just been sold. If only I had rung him straight way instead of going to make myself something to eat and drink before calling

Today at my favorite flea market (Beekmantown, NY):

- Aus Jena DDR Tessar 50mm f/2.8 with leather case, hood, filter and caps
- EOS 620 & 650 (Both in good condition)
- Olympus OM-2 with Zoom (Busted)
- Pentax K1000 with a Pentax-M 50mm f/2 ( CLA material)
- There was a box with darkroom material (Plates, tank, *tongs etc etc) and another box with a lot of tiny kodak filters.

Stay away from the boxes of thongs at flea markets
You are probably too young to know this.
We used to use "thongs" to refer to footwear which is now known as "flip-flops".

I've seen this at a indoor flea market, earlier today.

I didn’t purchase University Camera in Iowa City IA. Roger Christian is throwing in the towel after 47 years. He would make me a good deal, but it just wouldn't be the same without Roger. His starting price is 100 grand, cheap!

I have ignored the emails from KEH for months now.
