It would also be useful to report the target CI for each film/developer combination, and maybe the light source, too.I am conducting a survey to crowd-source people’s preferred film and developer combination when making negatives for platinum/palladium printing. I plan to publish the consolidated responses on my website and as part of a book project.
If you're interested in taking part then there's more information here: https://ianleake.com/film-and-developer-combinations/
Thanks in advance,
Ian

Understood. My 2 cents: without knowing the negative densities, we can't evaluate the film/developer combinations relative to our own workflows.Yes, this would be interesting. But at the moment I'm trying to better understand the range of working practices out there, and I want the survey to be really quick to complete, so I've only put in the basics. Perhaps a more detailed analysis in the future.

My negative/developer combination is set up for Kallitype printing. It also works for platinum Palladium because I've tried it.
Thanks AndrewDone.

I know this is an old thread- but I was wondering if the results of this survery ever got published anywhere. I didn't see it at the link on your site. I found this thread searching this very question and would love to hear others answers.
Thanks!
