Hi there! Im a new photographer with limited knowledge of film cameras and hoping to make a new purchase soon! This camera has such an incredible finish to its photos but I just can’t find it anywhere? Does anyone know what it could be? Or any cameras that could achieve that look? Help would be truly and greatly appreciated.

To be clear, you aren't talking about the camera that's in two of the photos are you? You're hoping to figure out what camera took these photos?

So because they’re all by the same photographer and look quite similar aesthetically especially with the mirror photos having that film overlay feel I would think there’s a chance they’re taken by the same camera?

There’s those really subtle horizontal lines along with the grain that appear and also the foreground and background are all in focus

I don't think it's possible to tell you with any certainty what camera took this photo. Someone more learned than myself might be able to give you a good idea what film type it may be however.

As for the foreground and background all being in focus, many cameras are capable of this. It's a combination of the focal length of the lens and the F stop used to take the photo.

The subtle lines- I think those are artifactual in nature. They aren't put there on purpose by the camera.

Do you know who the photographer is, or where you got these photos from? It may be possible to track the photographer down and either ask him/her directly or find out via some social media post.

Get real, people. A camera is a box with a lens at one end and a sensitive surface at the other. Image quality is due to lighting, the lens and processing, be it chemical or digital. The box is pretty irrelevant.

What Dan said.
I’ve owned a Leica M, but it sure didn’t turn me into HCB.

Any box with a lens can give you that yes but I think the girls have gone to one's...

Perhaps a little harsh? The op has identified himself as both a new photographer as well as having limited knowledge of film cameras. He/she likely hasn't got the background to know that they're asking a question that realistically can't be answered. He's also just joined photrio today. Maybe the situation could be handled more tactfully?

No mystery. It’s likely old school MF or 35mm transparency film, probably an Ektachrome. As far as the camera, Hassy, Mamiya,Pentax, or almost any 80’s SLR and glass, the 80’s glass and film giving the look with most of the credit to the film.

It’s obviously Kodachrome in a Pentax 67.

The last picture is the female photographer taking her picture in a mirror, her dress is buttoned on the wrong side. So figure the camera in the picture et voila.
Well spotted! So identify the camera in the photo and the mystery is solved. That being said, she's holding the camera away from her eye to take the photo, which in my mind suggests autofocus, and probably even a digital camera given the small size of the flash unit on the camera. I also can't see a film advance lever. Could these photos all be Instagram filtered digital files?

I was responding to the responders, not to the OP.

Brad, 120 K'chrome? Why do you think so?

Ah, my tongue was firmly in cheek. Just trying to add some levity.
It actually looks to me like some really heavy handed, shitty attempt to make digital look like film.

Images from a wanna-be fashion photographer trying to emulate a film look with digital images.
Self-obsessed and unoriginal. Move on.

Not my kind of photography, but she's not a wanna-be. 400,000+ followers on instagram and photographing celebrities for a living isn't wanna-be, it just is. I've never heard of her before today but she appears to be a working pro in the celeb/fashion/lifestyle area.

Ask Siri.

Ask photoshop.

Ask a hipster.

OP

what dan and Jason said, but its probably a iPhone or similar and a skin/filter
why not write amber and ask ?
have fun !
