What is TETENAL France?

When I searched for tetenal on Google today, I found a French tetenal website https://www.tetenal.fr/
It said, "Since November 2020, TETENAL France has been 100% acquired by a French holding company."
Tetenal 1847 GmbH has gone bankrupt, so what is it? Is it an independently operated subsidiary? Does it hold the formula of Tetenal?

The Tetenal distributors were separate companies outside Germany, often diversifying by selling other companies products as well. Tetenal UK became Dupli. if you look it's a similar setup to the French company. They have aimed at the digital side of the mini-labs etc.
