That is probably the 'best 'punny response to any and all replies U have ever had the opportunity to 'read'

Ken

I am ever so glad that I moved you! Would you like a framed photograph of me for the bathroom to help keep you motivated?

As I write this I am on Day 3 of a 5 day visit to the Venice Biennale which is, arguably, featuring some of the best in contemporary art today. Pretty much every artist exhibition is accompanied by an artist statement which, for some, really does help explain what their work is trying to say.

I suspect the one aspect of fine art that we can all agree on is bad art. We know that when we see it.

I've tried to watch this "art film" about Dylan's life that used 6 different actors to play him called "I'm Not There" several times and failed. Total disaster, terrible lighting and directing, etc, yet highly rated at IMDB.

So went to the User Reviews and looked at the ones rated 3 out of 10...yep, they saw the same film I saw. Looked at the 2 and 1 ratings too, LOTS of those.

These are hilarious reviews to read, just the titles are very funny, and very, very accurate. This film made it to the level of Bad Art w/ room to spare.

Just goes to show the we can't all agree on what is bad art, either.

A few years ago when I originally watched that movie I found it to be quite interesting. Although I didn't think it was really about Bob Dylan, but rather about how others created in their minds and in public different "folklore" versions of Bob Dylan.

It is wonderful and met all my expectations and then some. It took us 3-1/2 days but we made it through all the main exhibitions, the national pavilions, and most of the satellite pavilions. Tomorrow we are having a morning urban sketch session and then head to Lido Beach. On Monday we travel to Florence for 3 days there.

I am one of 7 university students along with two professors doing as study abroad. Several of so graduated with our BFAs last week. I am the oldest in the group, turning 70 in 2 weeks. I am keeping a blog so, if anyone is interest is seeing what is going on here, you can find out here:

Ken

That is not an advertisement, for some it is a necessity!

1.
Yes-amise (as my 'first born' use to say... But only as a "platinum' on a large sheet using guaranteed archival paper. with gold toning. AND the photograph framed in a 99.5 pure gold (if your nearest Walmart store has any inn stock AND 'on the shelf" ready to go).

2. How do you intend to keep the camera 'dry'? Do you have access to a good quality 'protection device'. This somewhat curious mind would like to know If you will have an under-water camera that will not 'perish' on being 'hit' by your 'output?

Ken
aka "BAD Ken (or just "Grumpy" while we are on a 'stand-by warning' of a
bad tornado within the next hour )or so. "They" warned us with the same last evening.. it can't have been that bad.. 'cos I never heard anything (other than the occasional 'snore/snort' from "She Who MUST Be Obeyed.
