What is Agfa Sistan? Can I make it myself?

I have heard from some blog that Agfa Sistan can prolong the life of Negs. I am wondering if I can mix it up myself, since i would not be able to buy the stuff where I am. Also does Sistan contains wetting agent? Also any idea where I can get hold of Triton-X?

The MSDS says that it is a solution of 15 - 20% potassiun thiocyanate and 5 - 10% Triton 2000 (a wetting agent, and ingredient of Photo-Flo). Both chemicals are readily available.

Thanks, will try to see if I can get hold of the stuff. Strangely I cannot get hold of any Agfa MSDS or application sheets lately, was considering mixing my own "old formula" rodinal few weeks ago.
