Last Kodachromes sent off

I just sent off my last batch of Kodachrome to Dwayne's:

2x KM-25
6x KPA-40
2x PKR-64
4x KL-200

14 rolls of Kodachrome in total. If you send it via express mail today, you can still ensure it will get to Dwayne's in time.

I also shot two test rolls of Kodack Vision 500T. And finished up a roll of Fuji Superia 800.

Just shot some amazing pictures yesterday. Some of the best I have ever shot. I shot them on Fuji NPH. Or so I thought until I opened the camera to reload and saw nothing in there but an empty spool on the takeup side.

I am shooting my last Kodachrome stuff. Will send in six rolls of 35mm K64 and two 25-foot rolls of K25 double eight via overnight mail either tomorrow or the next day.

Just developed a roll of Verichrome Pan in 120 shot on the 25th - I picked up a bunch locally in the summer (apparently frozen since purchase in 1983). What an awesome film, and almost no base fog.

Verichrome Pan, awesome! I need^H^H^H^Hwant to find some. I've been searching in vain for some in 126 format that I shot 30 years ago but alas it seems it is all gone, I can find loads of old C22 Kodacolor but no VP. I may need to buy another format and reload some 126 cartridges or something or just get some 120 or 135 and just use it where it is meant to be used...

My usual material is B+W but I shot a few rolls of Portra 400VC for a change. It must have been the first time ever when I shoot colour neg with my Rolleicord.

Most of 2010 was shot onTriX400 shot at ISO 800 developed in diafine and it all came out very well. The trip to Monument Valley and enviorons worked out exceptionally well and all came out well. The book has been published and sent to those for whom it was intended. It was roundedly accpteded and liked. Bad spelling there... I apologize. I'm a math PhD. Not English. but the TriX worked well for me and I will use it again as before. I recommend it highly.

I have about 10 rolls of Neopan SS ready to develop and a couple of rolls of Acros 120. I have about 7 rolls of Fujichrome Sensia 35mm to send to Dwaynes. I have also shot some of the Arista Premium 100 and 400 but haven't developed them yet.

When you have 10 rolls of film to do, are you doing one shot or are you using replenished developer? So far I haven't been able to shoot 10 rolls before I've processed some so I've just done one shot but it would be cheaper if I could use 1L for 10 rolls instead of using 2.5-5L for the same thing one shot. I'm often push processing which isn't recommended for replenished anyways is it? Not sure why but I always need more speed it seems, 800, 1600 or 3200.

I've now souped all the rolls I shot yesterday and today, aside from one C41 roll of Kodak Portra 400VC which I dropped off. Picked up 3 rolls of C41 from the lab, one 120 and two 126, came out beautifully. The rolls of B&W I did myself came out as well, I think I might almost be getting the hang of the plastic Paterson Super System 4 reel and tank for 120. Oh, I still have one 120 Delta 400 roll to do tomorrow that's right...

My DD-X seems to have low D-Max so I've switched back to HC-110 for the moment while I contact Ilford about the DD-X. It isn't uselessly low but the negs are a bit thin, even the leader portion of 35mm so it isn't my exposure, it is the developer. The HC-110 stuff comes out with the right D-Max :-S

Efke 25, Arista Premium 100 (Plus-X), Legacy Pro 100 (Neopan 100?), TMax 3200, Delta 3200, Neopan 1600 all in 35mm. Still to busy pouting about Kodachrome to think about shooting color.

Well, since my last post here, 1x KM 25, 1x KR 64, and I've shot 2/3rds of a 135-36 roll of PXP.

But there's several bulk rolls I just loaded, and they pose a problem for this thread: I'm honestly not sure what they are. Background:

I purchased a bulk loader on eBay from a retired gentleman in upstate NY. It was listed as 'new in box' -- which it certainly appears to be. Except, it contains film.

B&W negative stock (won't completely clear and appears to be too fast for dupe film anyway), cine film (BH perforations), with no markings anywhere in the rebate. Once/if I figure out what this actually is, I'll be able to post more details in this thread.
