A productive day on the Island: Five rolls of PanF+ and three rolls of E100G with the Hasselblad; 25 frames of E100G with the F6, and a roll of Tri-X with the M6 (the 35mm film shot mostly on the ferry ride over and at Rathtrevor Beach).

A roll-and-a-bit of outdated TMax3200 (EI 800) at Granville Island at lunchtime. Cold (6C), raining, with a bit of a wind blowing. "GoreTexed," and with my M6, I wasn't that concerned about the weather. Like Steveston, down on the south fork, there are always pictures to be found here...

T-Max 100/120 in Pyrocat H-D (10 min in rotation @20°C + prewet), very nice.
I still wonder why 'normal' grain films, like the FP-4, aren't that good in rotation processing, compared to the tabular grain films.
FP-4/120 is showing cluster like stains in the mid tones while T-Max doesn't, in the same kind of photo's.

A part roll of E100G (14 frames) with the F6 and a roll and a bit of Tri-X with a Soverized F2, down at Granville Island late this am/early afternoon. A gorgeous sunny day, albeit a little brisk (4C?); a respite from several days of rain (soon to return, according to the forecast).

A couple of frames of E100G in my F6 (before the heavy overcast made hand-held shooting impossible) then, switching to black and white, a roll -and-a-bit (four frames) of expired TMax3200 (rated at EI800) with a Soverized F2AS.

Snowed atop the mountain for a bit, so out came the F2AS and some (expired) TMax 3200; snow was heavy enough to require settings of 1/250@F2.8 with the TMax rated at EI800. Hoping for a bit more of the white stuff tomorrow; an opportunity to shoot some architecture over at the university. Fingers are crossed.

Snow began up on the mountain late yesterday afternoon and stopped early this afternoon. So, out came the 500c/m and three A12 backs loaded with PanF+ as well my M6 loaded with Tri-X. A three-plus hour trek around the neighborhood and over to SFU netted three exposed rolls of PanF+ and a roll and a couple of frames of Tri-X. All film into the queue for development...next week (?).

24 frames of Panatomic-X expired in 1988 and ready to develop a roll of Kodak Plus-X expired in 1985.
