Just loaded ultramax 400 into my Yashica electro35 as a test roll. I exposed a few frames already bc brainfart when loading it haha hoping to get good results

Fujifilm Provia 100F 120 in a Fuji GF670 folder configured for 6x6 frames.

Today was the North Head Lighthouse north of Cape Disappointment in Washington State (USA). Tomorrow is the older Cape Disappointment Lighthouse at the point the mighty Columbia River empties into the Pacific Ocean.

Due to the extraordinarily treacherous surrounding waters, these are the only places in the US where two lighthouses are situated only 2 miles apart. Historians claim that over 2,000 ships have foundered attempting to enter the mouth of the Columbia from the sea. It also doesn't help that this area records over 100 days of fog every year.

The North Head light is currently an active navigational aid still maintained by the US Coast Guard. I climbed all the way up into the lantern room and was given an instructional tour of the facility. Originally equipped in 1898 with a magnificent French crystal first-order Fresnel glass lens, it now burns a small 35-watt incandescent VRB-25 aerobeacon turntable. That original lens is on display in a nearby museum.

Lighthouses are very cool...

Just continue to do what you always did. I keep about 50 rolls of film at the house, and when I run low I replenish. That way you don't run out, but you also don't hoard. Business as usual as far as I'm concerned.

I fear much more for the loss of Pan F+ and, especially, Delta 3200 than for FP4+.

They are indeed. I recall a visit to the Longstone lighthouse when it was still manned in the 1980's, a few years before its automation. It was the location of Grace Darling's famous exploits rescuing the passengers of the Forfarshire, 200 years ago this month http://www.gracedarling.co.uk/index.html. The cottage where I stayed had a map of wrecks on the islands dating from the C17th - and no doubt long before - to U-Boats in WW2, and literally dozens of ships went down within a square mile or so. A salutary lesson in what sea travel meant.

I've been shooting a lot of Agfa Vista (rebranded Fujicolor) 400 at 100 ISO, and home developing. The colours are as attractive as any I've seen from colour negative stock.

HI, new to APUG (first post actually), but recently I have used a few rolls to test out old cameras: Fuji Velvia 100 (120, Kodak Hawkeye Flash Outfit & Yashica LM), Portra 160 (127 spools, Ansco Cadet II), and Fuji Superia 200 to test out my old Pentax PZ-1

I'm in Cleveland, Ohio. There were some very small breaks in the clouds, and not completely clear breaks (and a lot of light pollution), but I managed to take some photos. The question is whether they will come out. I was just winging it, having a little fun.

Cool...

I'm northeast of Seattle, Washington. Clear skies, but only visible about 8 degrees above the horizon at maximum. I only saw it low in the sky and through some trees. No photos though. Hope yours turn out.

Full (and new) moons are earthquake weather as well. We had a small one last weekend while I was pressure washing the roof. Hopefully no more through the next week, or so.
