What does the Red Blinking Light mean?? Seal Dry Mount Press

Just picked up an old Seal Dry Mount Press. It's heating up good, but i'm wondering what the red blinking light means? I assumed that when the green one went off that it was at the desired temperature. But after a while the red one started blinking. Anybody know what that means?
