Rodinal only, 1:50 (Foma R09 NEW, actually).
Why? Because it is cheap and easy to use and reliable and good enough for what I do.

I use Kodak Xtol. After much testing and nothing really achieved, I decided to stick to one developer only. It does everything well for my needs.

You summed it up exactly for me. XTOL 1+1.

The only exception is Rodinal for some APX100 and 400 I still have, where I like the results I get with the times I use. No need to chase a new combination when I can't get more of the film.

hc-110 and xtol for fuji neopan acros. Mostly hc-110 these days as I've been to lazy to mix up my xtol. Both are excellent developers.

Xtol 1+1 for everything. I have thought about playing with the dilutions a little.

Ilfotec HC and D-19, primarily. Occasionally ID-11/D-76 or T-Max. Perceptol once in a blue moon. HC-110 sometimes, when I am at the school lab and have not brought my Ilfotec with me.

For paper, Ilford Multigrade or PQ Universal. Sometimes Arista A/B powdered litho developer.

100% Rodinal, but now and then there's some Ultrafin or Ilfosol in there.
