Any Leica I can put my hands on, and some 16mm movie gear.

I'd love to have a Blackbird, fly in red. I've wanted a TLR and I can't afford going into another format right now. Plus, I love the color red.

dreamless

Hopefully, my dreamcamera, has been shipped.. 8x20.. Today.. Sleepless tonight, but not dreamless.. Finally a home for my 600mm Boyer, APO Safire..

I've come to the point that I don't lust after any other camera. Seriously. I use a Canon 35mm setup and a Hasselblad 500 series medium format rig. And a Holga for snaps, as well as a 6x6 pinhole camera from ZeroImage.
Need nothing else - and I find it to be ABSOLUTE freedom to create.

EOS-1v?

I really want an EOS-1v and an RZ67. If I pull selling stuff off just right, I may be able to afford both (outfits).

A reasonably priced coupled rangefinder 6x9 with interchangeable lenses, something like a Kodak Retina IIIC, but each lens would have compensation built in so they are focused when the rangefinder is focused, instead of focusing with the rangefinder and transferring the distance manually to a different scale for each lens (as the Retina IIIC requires).

With 4 6x6's, 4 35mm SLRs, one 4x5 and a plethora of large and small format pinhole boxes,
I'd just like the camera that gives me the picture I want, not necessarily the one I get.

Practice, practice, practice, ad infintium

A leica iiig or M6
m6 more on the wish list, but i can really only afford to buy a iiig

I'm starting to get a hankering for some Pentax. I don't have any Pentax, and I want some. Particularly I'd like an LX, an MX, and a K1000. Maybe an ME Super. And maybe a Spotmatic. And a 67II. Oh, and lenses. Lots of lenses.

I don't have any Olympus either, apart from some P&S, but that doesn't seem to bother me.

I am also starting to lust after a Nikon F801s to accompany my F4. I understand it is as robust as the F4, which is a major selling point for me. Guess I need to find one to fondle first...

Right now there are two cameras I would absolutely love to acquire. One is the Mamiya 7 with a 43mm lens... sigh...

Moving on to more realistic things, I would like a second Pentax screwmount body (a Spotmatic would be fine, nothing fancy) and a 28mm Super-Takumar.

right now
i am lusting after a kodak bulls eye box camera.
i keep missing them on eboo.
i want 2 of them, really ... one to use as a magic box
and the other one to remove the shutter
and use it infront of a brass lens

Fred,

Go for it! Last night I won an eBay bid for an "excellent ++" Nikon N8008s (same camera as the F801s) for a whopping $42, including Priority shipping from California. That N8008s will be my back-up to my F4s. I also have a nice Nikon N8008 that I'd sell fairly cheaply...If interested, shoot me an email.

30 megapixel, full frame 35mm, completely battery independent, instant on, manual focus, ISO 2 to 15,000 or better, less than $800.00 with a 50mm lens. Then you can buy my M2 and My F2.

Thanks Dann, from all I've read it's the 's' that I want. Of course, everyone has to point out that the N90 is a better camera than the N8008s, the F100 is a better camera than the N90, and so on. If I kept following that line of logic I'd end up mortgaging the house for a D3X. But then the Leica S2 is/will be better than the D3X so may as well sell the children into slavery while I'm at it.

Yup, the "s" version of the N8008 is alittle "better" than the older non-"s" version as it has spot-metering, and focus-tracking, along with a couple other (fairly minor) improvements.

Just ordered a GX 680 set with 2 lenses and a lot of accessoires.
A 2nd magazine and the angle finder (both ebay) arrived last weekend; I can estimate now what all these 680 users meant by "large"))
I hope that I'm not too scared opening the package when it finally arrives...

Sounds exactly like my F.

As for what camera I want, at the moment, I'm actually (suprisingly) satisfied. It's film i'm wanting at the moment.

I would love to have a LF or ULF camera.

Jeff

Then do it. I have to throw in a plug for Speed Graphic. Incredibly versatile, well built, affordable, and simple to use. Limited movements, but it is a small inconvenience compared to the benefits.

Don't be afraid - it's an absolutely killer camera!
