I've been getting 35mm slide film processed using the Fuji mailers sold by Freestyle (they go to Dwayne's), and that's pretty hard to beat for price or convenience. They don't offer mailers for 120, though.

B&H offers A&I mailers for 120, but they're pricey (US$9.49, vs. US$4.99 for the 35mm Fuji mailers). Adorama, like Freestyle, appears to have mailers for 35mm only.

I can save up a few rolls and take them to a shop that's local but geographically inconvenient; they send them out and I later have to find the time to drive out and pick them up when they come back. The price is good (US$6.something), but it's a whole lot less convenient than getting them in the mail.

Do I have other options?

Thanks

If you have a local place (not really sure how local it actually is for you) and they do good work and they have a good price I would use them. Most people can't find E-6 for at least 50++ miles from their house. You are lucky.

Hey Nathan,

I've had terrific success with Samy's Camera in Santa Barbara for E-6 processing. Right now they are still offering the $5/roll for 35mm/120/220 films.

check out there website for details. Very nice people, and very quick turnaround, usually within a few days. Ohh, return shipping is free too .

You mail them the film in your box, they process, do what you'd like (including prints, I've been told all services listed on the site are available through the mail).

give em a try. They use fuji chemistry, and its all dip n' dunk. They do excellent c-41 work as well!
