For inexpensive, you could go for the Bronica SQ-A with a 150mm lens. These are fairly cheap and cheerful.
+1. Quite cheap and very cheerful! Not only is the SQ-A modular, but there are quite a few decent full cameras and separate components available on the bay and elsewhere. Give Ian B Photo (.com) a shout, he may do you a bit of a deal on a full camera system.

Also, get one of these: https://www.crookedimaging.co.uk/co...ens-waterproof-rain-cover?variant=32111594633

Order before March 29th 2019, and you won't have to pay import duty from the island of 51% morons and racist idiots. <facepalm>

I can totally recommend the Mamiya C330 or C220 with the 80mm lens. If you can deal with the 2 step cocking of the shutter get the C220 cheap and a good condition 80mm black lens and you may be able to find this for less than 250-300 USd depending on the condition.

I started in 6x6 with this setup and it was so fun I kept going

If Holga 120 or Diana F+ does not disappoint you then save the rest for nice weather jacket and shoes. ;-)
