Wet film and paper

I have taken a hiatus from photography to allow my creative juices to recharge. Unfortunatley my mini fridge froze up and then defrosted soaking my film and paper. Will this affect paper and film if they get wet? Some of the boxes are soaked. I know the 35mm are is canisters, but what about 120 not in canisters, large format and paper?

Both paper and LF film should be in factory black plastic bag/wrappers. You will have to check in the dark room. Paper can be checked under appropriate safe light, film in total darkness. 120 film should be in factory wrappers which usually are moisture resistant.

As mentioned the paper is most likely in a black plastic bag. I don't know which brand of film you have but if it is Ilford ie Delta it is originally packed in sealed plastic wrappers inside a box and should be okay.

You should replace the boxes - you don't want mould forming.

If possible, you should replace the black plastic bags the paper is in as well.
