this place always has the coolest stuff ...
a 5x7 press graflex ( with bag mag )
17x31 wooden architectural/portrait camera with film holders,
and a roul' scope ( to view 12 stills as a motion picture )

Damn right it does!
I mean look at the Hasselblad stuff: prototypes, space model, 1600 outfit, for next to nothing (comparatively).
sigh, I wish I had a few thousand euros to spare...

How does it work?
I mean, how do you bid on something?

Worth a visit if you are in Vienna - was there last autumn. They have 2 shops, one for the new Leicas and another one next door for secondhand cameras, a real Aladin's cave. In addition they have in the back a really good Exhibition/gallery centre. There is a great collection of cameras (even the Hasselblad that was on the Moon - OK I don't know if it is the real one..... )They often have talks and exhibitions of famous photographers (I think Lessing was there to mention one). I was lucky to visit it in peace before opening hours thanks to an acquaintance that is a good friend of the owner. Check the link http://www.westlicht.com/index.php?lang=5, there details of previous exhibitions etc.

All of the Lunar Hasselblads are still up there, free for the taking.
Just gotta go pick 'em up.
There were some that were in orbit that were returned to our little blue ball though.

The list for the next auction isn't up yet, they're still taking new entries. But I agree that it's a dangerous place to watch.
