Welmy Shutter issues

Hello fellow pluggers,my Welmy 6x6 shutter is kept open when I click the shutter as a result all my frames are washed off .Does any one have ideas of fixing it or any blogs which can help me do it.I tried googling a couple but didn't work out.Btw I am a newbie and my first venture in repairing something.

dev is looking for a manual or some hints because it probably isn't economic to pay someone to do the work for him.

Having seen the offending camera, I think he may be right..
