I am working on creating a new art section to my web site and I get stuck right away on the color of the page background. I can't ever find anything that I like. Does anyone have any thoughts or logic about what color a page you should have your images in for viewing and hopefully selling them. I see a lot of people go to white. I have previously gone to such a dark brown that it seems black. Any thoughts about it?
thanks
Dennis

Good morning, Dennis;

You have had this question out here a long time. I am surprised that you have not received any suggestions yet. I am not one who feels qualified to recommend a color to you. I have always thought of myself as a technician or engineer, not an artist. Yes, I problably would be one of those people who would choose the basic white background.

Enjoy; Ralph Javins
