I've used John's original WD2D for years. In looking at the formula for WD2H+ in the darkroom cookbook it leaves out the 20g of sodium bisulfite. But in the darkroom cook book's forum's correction it leaves out the pyro in solution A. Does someone have the correct formula for WD2H+? thanks

Thanks Michael, Must be a pretty concentrated solution if you only mix 25ml of a and 25ml of b to 1600ml of h2o. His original formula is mixed 1-1-15.

WD2H+ is a developer I'd like to try.
I've hadsome success using WD2D with an older version of 35mm AGFA APX 400.

Pricing to make WD2H+ from individual chemicals (from the Formulary) is keeping me from trying it. The initial cost is a little bit outrageous.
To make a single batch cost about $70, or purchase larger quantities for $120 and make 3 batches. (The 3 batch order is limited only by the Pyrogallol because the rest of WD2H+ grocery list will have enough chemical for 16 or more batches)

Pricey for an experiment that may or may not be satisfactory. I'm interested to try with APX 35mm/120mm, and also Delta 100/400 35mm/120mm.

I've contacted the formulary to see if they'll offer WD2H+ as already made product, but they say they've heard nothing from John Wimberly having interest to sell it/approve of it.

I'll keep an eye out for WD2H+ in prepackaged form (at an affordable cost), while experimenting with other developers
